William R. Gaines Jr. Veterans Memorial Park Phase II design and construction will include one (1) large pavilion, three (3) bocce ball courts with shade canopies, two (2) pickleball courts with lights, one (1) tennis court with lights, and sanitary utility connection to the existing park restroom.
