Design Firm: Harvard Jolly. CM@Risk: TBD. Preliminary drafted site plan showing 1-story and a 2-story option on the north and south side of the existing EOC were presented by the design team to the stakeholders. Stakeholders preferred to go with the one-story/North side of existing building option. The Board approved the CM@Risk rankings and to start negotiations with the top ranked firm, Florida Premier Contractors for this project. Negotiations to start on 6/4/2025, with the top ranked firm.

Florida PC has submitted their proposal to Purchasing on 6/11/2025 for review. FPC’s proposal was reviewed and accepted after some back and forth during negotiations. FPC’s proposal for the EOC will go before the Board on July 22, for approval.
