Phase 4 Update: Johnson Engineering was selected as the design consultant for this phase. At the March 15th MSTU meeting, the advisory board approved moving forward with the design, with a request to shift construction to FY26. In September, a drainage feasibility study was incorporated into the design to explore potential options. The Engineer of Record (EOR) presented the drainage feasibilty findings with some optional plans to the advisory board, which recommended incorporating drainage components into the sidewalk project. The County Project Manager will now work on developing the scope and associated fees for this additional work.
