CHARLOTTE COUNTY, Fla. (Jan. 30, 2026) – The Utilities Department reminds customers between Dorchester and Yorkshire streets south of Quesada Avenue, and some north of Quesada Avenue, of a scheduled service interruption from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday, Feb. 2 through Wednesday, Feb. 4. Crews will perform watermain work and customers should plan on being without water during this time.
Once water pressure resumes each day, affected customers will be under a precautionary boil water notice. The notice will be lifted once tests determine it is safe to resume normal water use.
