Michael Tarach of Blue Bell Creameries Recognized in Charlotte County Economic Development’s 40 Under 40 Series
CHARLOTTE COUNTY, Fla. (March 11, 2026) — Charlotte County Economic Development has recognized Michael Tarach, Branch Manager of Blue Bell Creameries as an honoree in its 40 Under 40 program. The initiative highlights young professionals who are shaping the county’s future through leadership, innovation and community involvement.
Tarach leads operations for the regional Blue Bell branch, overseeing sales coordination, employee development and customer relationships throughout the area. In addition to managing daily operations, Tarach emphasizes mentorship and professional growth within his team. He also supports community initiatives through partnerships with local schools, youth organizations and charitable events.
“Michael’s story reflects the type of leadership we see from young professionals who choose to build their careers here,” said Kay Tracy, director of the Charlotte County Economic Development Office. “His commitment to his team, his company and the community shows how local talent continues to strengthen Charlotte County’s economy.”
Charlotte County Economic Development’s 40 Under 40 series is part of the Careers on the Coast initiative, which highlights professionals who choose to live, work and contribute to the community while helping strengthen the region’s economy.
