CHARLOTTE COUNTY, Fla. (May 19, 2026) – The right-hand southbound turn lane on Veterans Boulevard between Peachland Boulevard and Kings Highway will be closed 7 p.m. to 5 a.m., Tuesday, May 19 for Andrew Sitework to complete emergency repairs to an underground pipe.
The Public Works Department reminds motorists to remain alert at all times and to exercise caution when traveling in the vicinity of construction zones.
