Storm surges caused severe erosion, washouts, and structural damage. Restroom foundations were undermined, and multiple piers and boardwalks need full concrete replacement. Sidewalks, pavers, rip rap, seawalls, and erosion control structures were damaged. Additional impacts include damaged posts, benches, signage, fencing, and trash containers.

Hurricane Ian caused washouts, runoff, and shoaling in navigable channels, leading to reduced draft depths and potential navigation hazards. A bathymetric survey is needed to assess the extent of the shoaling, and dredging will be required to restore waterway depth for safe navigation.

The office building and recycling canopy sustained gutter, downspout, canopy, and fascia damage. Ten metal signs and 90 feet of privacy fencing were also damaged and need repair or replacement.

Buildings A and B experienced water intrusion and structural damage. Building A has roof leaks and water damage in multiple rooms and hallways. Building B shows lobby damage, a stained ceiling tile, ripped awning, and damaged louvers. Both buildings have issues with debris in cooling towers and fire alarms in trouble mode. The parking lot sustained lighting damage. Mitigation efforts include drying, demolition, and cleaning, with equipment damage still under evaluation.
