Additional work was conducted with the building pad fill material due to high moisture content. All testing is completed and passed inspection.Latest Updates
The 20,000 square foot building foundation was poured on April 4, 2024. The interior metal door frames have been installed, building concrete block walls are completed. Installation of a new FPL power feed line and junction boxes are done. A new fire service line has been installed. The parking lot storm drain system was installed. Roof drain piping has been installed and connected to the exterior drain lines.Rough grade done for the base material of the rear parking lot area. Haul in of base material and compaction in progress, initial first layer of asphalt may be next week weather permitting. Expecting 5 trucks of delivery for the roof beams and columns next week.
