Stormwater approval (Section 3-5-111 of Charlotte County Code of Laws & Ordinances) is required for all site development except those listed in Section 3-5-113 Exemptions.
The following is required for Stormwater approval:
- Two signed and sealed sets of plans.
- One signed and sealed set of drainage calculations.
- One completed Stormwater application.
Response review time from 5 to 30 days depending on complexity. Design of control structure is based on a 25 year, 24-hour storm event.
