CHARLOTTE COUNTY, Fla. (April 1, 2025) – Charlotte County Community Services has launched the annual egg-scursion easter egg scavenger hunt. The scavenger hunt will run through April 15. There are nine eggs hidden around Charlotte County parks.
How to participate:
Pick up your clue sheet at Harold Avenue Regional Park Recreation Center, Centennial Park Recreation Center, Ann and Chuck Dever Regional Park Recreation Center or South County Regional Park Recreation Center or download it online at https://tinyurl.com/easteregg-scursion25.
Look for painted number eggs and write the number and location next to the clue where it was found.
Turn your completed scavenger hunt flyer in at any Charlotte County recreation center to be entered in a drawing for free prizes. One entry per egg found. Find all nine to be entered in the grand prize drawing.
This award-winning event ensures participants of all abilities can fully engage in and enjoy the adventure without any barriers or limitations. Participants of all abilities will delight in a variety of engaging activities, including creative crafts, interactive games, memorable photo opportunities, and an abundance of fun-filled moments to cherish.
Bonus entries: Email a picture of yourself to Antwan.Allen@CharlotteCountyFL.gov with one of the Easter Eggs for five bonus entries. Once the contest ends these photos will be posted to our Charlotte County Parks and Recreation Facebook page for a social media competition. The photo with the most likes and shares will win five entries. Official photo op sunglasses are available on a first-come, first-served basis for egg hunt photo participants.
