Charlotte County Info Hub Locations

CHARLOTTE COUNTY, Fla. (Oct. 22, 2024) – Charlotte County has relocated an Info Hub to the Englewood Charlotte Public Library to help residents get information about available resources after the storms. The Info Hub at the Port Charlotte Public Library has closed, but three are open at the following locations:

  • Ann & Chuck Dever Regional Park Recreation Center, 6961 San Casa Drive., Englewood
  • Englewood Charlotte Public Library, 3450 North Access Rd. Englewood
  • South County Regional Park Recreation Center, 670 Cooper St., Punta Gorda

South County Regional Park recreation center has a FEMA Disaster Recovery Center (DRC) and a comfort station that provides laundry, showers and restrooms for residents. The DRC is open 7 a.m.-7 p.m. daily until further notice. Comfort stations are open 8 a.m.-7 p.m. daily until further notice. Ann & Chuck Dever Regional Park recreation center and the Englewood Charlotte Public Library are both open for normal operations and hours.

The info hubs are white newspaper stands clearly marked Info Hubs and they contain printed flyers of updated information on recovery efforts, relief programs, and resources available to assist residents and businesses impacted by the storm.
