CHARLOTTE COUNTY, Fla. (April 24, 2025) – Lane Valente Industries officially opened its new facility today with a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 8228 Northup Drive in Punta Gorda. The event marks a major milestone for the company as it expands its presence in Southwest Florida and welcomes a new group of tenants into the space.
The celebration brought together community leaders, business partners, and local officials who toured the state-of-the-art facility and networked with tenants now operating from the site. In addition to Lane Valente’s operations, the building houses several new tenants who represent a cross-section of growing industries in the region. Their presence further enhances Charlotte County’s reputation as a hub for business expansion and innovation. The list of tenants includes Lane Valente Industries, Herc Rentals, Prestige Aluminum Fabrication LLC, Iron City Rods and Customs., Commercial Appliance Parts & Service LLC and On-Site Boat Repair.
