The Charlotte County Community Development Department is reminding the public that the pop-up permitting site at the Mac V. Horton West County Annex, located at 6868 San Casa Drive in Englewood, is still open and ready to assist homeowners and contractors with residential storm-related permits.

Charlotte County Community Development has implemented a new permitting process for residential trade permits to ensure safe, compliant repairs for properties damaged by Hurricanes Helene and Milton. This applies to residential permits for electrical, mechanical, plumbing, roofing, siding/soffit, stucco, and water heaters, whether submitted online or in person.
