Intermittent Lane Closure at Bridge – Anne Merry Bridge over Bocilla Inlet
CHARLOTTE COUNTY, Fla. (Nov. 12, 2024) – Intermittent lane closures will occur on the Anne Merry Bridge over Bocilla Inlet on Wednesday, Nov. 13 through Nov. 27, these lane closures are required for an emergency repair due to Hurricane Milton. This bridge is located on the Don Pedro Knight’s Island, a bridgeless barrier island.
Advance warning signs and flaggers will be onsite to direct traffic. Travelers may experience intermittent, slow-moving traffic and/or temporary delays within the project area and are encouraged to choose an alternate route when possible.
