Withdrawal of Proposed Land Use and Rezoning for Commercial Excavation Site

The applicant has withdrawn a request to change the land use and zoning for the properties located at 33350 Bermont Road, 35486 Washington Loop Road, and 36366 Washington Loop Road in Punta Gorda. The proposed changes would have allowed commercial excavation activities on approximately 453.27 acres.

Charlotte County Maintains Class 5 CRS Rating
